Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us , Marcel Kopp, Bruchweg 7, service@cadovation.com, by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

Consequences of the revocation

If you cancel this contract, we will promptly refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (excluding any additional costs incurred if you chose a delivery method other than our cheapest standard delivery option), after receiving the goods. For this refund, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction.

Important exception:

The right of withdrawal does not apply to distance contracts for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for whose production an individual selection or specification by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer (e.g. personalized 3D prints or special colors on request).
